Our Guarantee

Your satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases you make from Fly And Rod / flyandrod.com. You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchased price, excluding shipping and handling. Special order items returned will have a 15% restocking fee charge.  Items returned will need to include original packaging and all component items. Please download return form below and printout. Complete return form and include with return. You may all so contact customer service at customerservice@flyandrod.comand we will email you the return form and return information.

If you receive damaged goods please contact customer service as soon as possible.

If we make a mistake on an item and send you the wrong item or if it is defective we will exchange the items at no charge to you. Fly And Rod understands how receiving the wrong item is frustrating, so if we make a mistake you get 10% off your next order on us.

Shipping

All Domestic orders totaling $ 75.00 or more standard shipping is free. All Domestic order under $ 75.00 have a flat shipping rate or $ 4.95. Some oversized or heavy item my have additional shipping charges. These items will have the additional charges noted on their pricing and description information.

Most items are in stock and ship within 24 hours. At times popular items my take additional shipping time due to order replenishment. For these items it my take an additional 3-5 days to receive your order. If you need your order shipped within 24 hours please email customerservice@flyandrod.com for availability.

 We charge the actual shipping on international orders. All international orders the purchaser is responsible for any taxes, duties or import fees charged by the purchaser's country. Fly And Rod will not ship an international order until we receive your authorization of the additional charges. Please contact us by email at sales@flyandrod.com.  Please email the items you wish to purchase, your shipping address and we will  email you back with the shipping charges and request your approval for the shipping charges. If we do not receive your approval within 5 days of  providing the shipping quote, Fly And Rod will assume that you do not approve of the charges and will cancel your order. After we receive your approval of the shipping charges Fly And Rod will ship the order and charge your credit card the quoted shipping charge in addition to the items ordered. Fly And Rod is nor responsible for tax, clearing Customs or the time it may take to clear Customs

Special Order Items 

All special order items will take about 3-5 extra business days for you to receive your order. In stock items will ship separately and if the order is under $ 75.00 there will be a charge for shipping the in stock items. All special order items have a 15% restocking fee for returns.
